Prize-draw rules

Organiser: BIUTOPIC SAS, SIREN 102 307 519, 14 bis rue de la Carterie, 44000 Nantes, France. Entry is free with no purchase necessary.

“Treasure Island” game — event of 1 June 2026. Open to anyone who took part in the game at that event. Three (3) winners are designated on 15 July 2026. Identical prize for each: a four (4) hour afternoon outing aboard L'Hydronaute, the three winners together. Each winner may bring one guest. The outing is skippered by the project founder. The outing date is communicated to the winners, subject to the boat's launch. Prize non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Social-media draw. One follower is drawn at random among those who liked and commented on the designated post on the Instagram account @hydronautes, and wins a full day aboard L'Hydronaute. This draw is not organised, sponsored or administered by Instagram. Terms and draw date are stated on the relevant post.

Entrants' data is used solely to run the draw and deleted afterwards. The full rules are available on request at hydronaute@biutopic.com.

How do I book?
Bookings are not open yet. Write to us to be notified when they open — no payment is taken until then.

What's included?
A voyage on the Erdre aboard L'Hydronaute — the vessel is operated by a qualified crew, with a full briefing before departure. Up to 10 participants. Prize-draw outings are separate group events accompanied by the founder.

Do I need a boat licence?
The licence required for the vessel is held by the qualified crew aboard — participants may take the helm under supervision, with a mandatory briefing before departure.

How can I win a trip?
Through the prize draws (see “Prize-draw rules”).
